This unique 4 acre site set within the Cotswolds and part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, was formerly a farm yard complete with agricultural barn and storage buildings. Full planning permission for the residential development of 16 dwellings (including 5 affordable units) was granted in 2017.
The sympathetic design of the development was very carefully considered with the selection of local materials including Cotswold stone, taking into account its sensitive semi-rural location and local impact. As well as providing for on site open spaces, an existing orchard was transferred to the local Parish Council alongside S106 contributions to cover local community contributions to the village shop, as well as education and highways requirements.
