This greenfield site with far reaching sea views is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the highly desirable Langford Bay, Swansea. It forms one of nine sites contained within a long term promotion agreement with the Somerset Trust.

The site has been promoted for residential development through the Local Development Plan and looks to provide for much-needed affordable housing in the sought after location of the Gower.

Working with the local planning authority and taking into account the views of the local community, planning consent was granted by planning committee in October 2020 for 31 high quality homes, including houses and bungalows. The 16 affordable and 15 open market homes will range in size from 1,2 and 3 bedroom properties.
