Following the granting of consent for the development of up to 290 dwellings on land off the A40 in Ross on Wye, including affordable housing, public open space and landscaping in 2017, a further application was made to extend the St Mary’s Garden Village development on adjacent land.

Outline planning was approved in 2020 by Herefordshire planning department subject to a Section 106 agreement.

By working closely with the local authority, we were able to deliver a 175 home extension to the existing scheme in a sensitive edge of town location.
