James heads up Edenstone’s in-house Land, Planning & Design function and is responsible for the team identifying & acquiring land as well as obtaining the necessary planning consents to deliver development opportunities across the Group.

From Worcester to Exeter and from Carmarthen to Swindon, James has spent over a decade across the patch working with landowners, agents and local authorities to build an impressive track-record in growing businesses’ land pipeline.

Unlike other companies, we have our own in house legal team, very ably headed by Helen and ensuring we can deliver complex legal challenges swiftly and efficiently.

Helen has considerable experience and a structured, creative approach that is solution driven and sets her apart from many other Solicitors.

With experience working for the Authority for Wales, Eversheds and Capital Law as a Partner, her skill set is wide, varied, but especially focused on all aspects of development and brownfield redevelopment.

Katie is a Chartered Town Planner with 18 years’ experience in the development industry, having worked extensively in land and planning teams for several national housebuilders.  Katie’s experience in adding value to development through the planning process, helps Edenstone create considered and unique schemes which are well received by planning authorities and purchasers alike. Edenstone’s commitment to delivering sites that offer innovative design solutions whilst effectively and efficiently dealing with constraints and opportunities, makes the planning process easier to navigate and results in developments to be proud of.
